Our pizza is handmade and rolled individually by our premium pizza chefs. Our dough is resting for at least 48 hours in fermentation before being served on your table. We only use the best ingredients on our pizza and we take great pride in our pizza craft, bon appetito!
In 2019, Louis set out on a mission to bring the heart of Italy to the vibrant city of Gold Coast. Inspired by his childhood in Rome and the deep-rooted culinary traditions he experienced with his family, Louis envisioned a restaurant that would do more than serve delicious Italian food — it would create an authentic Italian experience.
